JOB HALL, MANAGER, real estate

Prior to joining Candela, Job had worked in the alternative energy community since 2010, when he permitted the largest solar project in northern Nevada at the time. Job has worked for several alternative energy companies focusing on land acquisition and permitting with solar, wind, and geothermal projects.

Upon graduation from law school, Job became a real estate, construction, land use, and corporate trial attorney for 20 years.  Job then opened a national consulting company acquiring land and permitting properties for mines, cement facilities, asphalt facilities, chemical facilities, telecommunication facilities, energy facilities, and multi-use developments all over the United States. Prior to law school Job worked on Wall Street for three years.

Job brings years of real estate acquisition, title, negotiation, and legal experience to the company and takes pride in his ability to resolve difficult situations through negotiation.  He believes in building strong relationships with his co-workers and landowners.

Job has a BS from Lewis & Clark College in economics and international affairs, a JD from Northwestern School of Law focusing on real estate and taxation, and finally, an MBA in finance from Marylhurst University.
